About Us

The Career Prep Center (CPC) is a Career and Technical Education (CTE) high school within Warren Consolidated Schools.  We offer fifteen high-skill, high-wage, high-demand, career-focused programs within our building, along with a number of additional CTE programs housed in the three WCS comprehensive high schools.   In addition to servicing our own WCS students, CPC is also available to many neighboring districts! Classes at CPC provide technical skills and knowledge for students to succeed in the workplace.  These skills incorporate teamwork and problem-solving and combine real-world learning with rigorous academic subjects such as math, science, and STEM.  Students can earn credits required for graduation, but many programs also offer industry certifications and articulated college credit!

There is something for everyone at CPC!  We are extremely proud of our creative and accomplished students, our innovative and dedicated staff, and our cutting-edge, hands-on programs!  Whether you know exactly what career path you would like to follow, would like to explore a path (or two!), or are just looking for a different kind of school day, "CPC is the Place to Be!"
